Care Assistant
Plymouth
The company are a well-established company providing personal and domestic support to mainly older persons living in the Plymouth area.
We are looking to recruit Care Assistants who are flexible, caring and reliable and who have a commitment to caring for the elderly. Care Assistant duties will include getting people up washed and dressed, bathing, meal preparation and general day to day care and support. Experience in care preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
It is essential that applicants are car owner/drivers as the position will involve travelling around the Plymouth area, and you must be available to work our evening shift patterns that start at 4pm and finish at 11pm. You will also be required to work alternate weekends.
Rates of pay start from £8.24 per hour, depending on experience and evidence of training, with double time paid for Bank Holidays.
