Project Manager - Regulatory Change - Commercial and Private Banking - London

Project Manager required for top tier London Commercial Bank. The role involves assisting in the design, build and delivery of projects which directly contribute to delivering strategic objectives with the ability to understand the organisational impact of change. Manage small discrete projects and specific workstreams or more complex/critical project.

Responsibilities include -

• To assist in the design, build and delivery of projects which directly contribute to delivering strategic objectives and understand organisational impact of change.
• To establish and build relationships across Change to facilitate achievement of goals and support the momentum of projects throughout the project life cycle.
• Ability to understand change drivers and how these translate into viable projects.
• To identify opportunities for operational efficiencies to maximise the customer experience.
• Understand and develop the operational model to maximise the customer experience.
• Reporting - capture, consolidate and report project up to date, ensuring internal and external consistency of reporting, monitoring, control at project/programme level.
• Controls - risk, issues and depending process management.

The successful candidate will need to have solid experience of Change Management and Project Management within Banking, and understanding of regulatory change, detailed knowledge of full project life cycle, knowledge of operational processes and procedures, knowledge of project methodologies including project management and control tasks.
