Oliver James Associates are recruiting for their Bristol-based tier one client for a small number of Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Manager. Roles are paying up to GBP65,000 exclusive of bonus, pension and benefits.
As the importance of a robust analytics capability becomes increasingly critical at board level, so too is the importance of recruiting skilled and talented professionals in this space.
To this end, our genuine world leading client seeks a small number of SME analytics professionals to provide expertise during a significant expansion within their banking analytics functions.
CV should demonstrate some of the below:-
- Robust awareness of advanced data analytics, using platforms such as SAS, SPSS, R etc.
- Ownership of data analytics and visualisation products such as Tableau, Spotfire, Qlikview
- Strong SQL and data manipulation skills
- Data quality and data cleansing techniques
- Understanding relevant Financial Services regulation (eg Solvency II, BCBS, CRD IV, MIFID, EMIR, AML, Insider Trading, Fraud)
In addition, has experience including:
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- A commercial awarenness and how analytics plays an integral part
- Excellent presentation and report writing skills
- Desire to work in an exciting, yet rapidly changing environment
