Description: To prepare and process information following the company's policies and procedures, legal and contractual obligations to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time, and to deal with all other aspects of payroll and benefits. Role Requirements: Experience working with Statutory payments (SSP,SMP & SPP) Income Tax & National Insurance UK Legislation
- Maintenance of current legacy system
- Management of the Assurant benefits
- Administration/Updates of Lawson changes via ACN process
- Maintain Assurant employee's annual leave balances
- Input new starter details, process P45/P46's
- Input leaver dates and details, finalise last pay
- Calculation of leavers holidays to be paid/deducted
- Multi skilling of LSG & Assurant processes
- Effective management and resolution of first line payroll queries
- Identification and calculate overpayments net and gross
- General day to day administration (Filing, scanning etc)
- Ad hoc tasks & projects
