Maintenance Supervisor - Finlake Holiday Resort, Chudleigh, Devon

We’re looking for a customer focused person who’ll be responsible for a team to ensure our accommodation for Finlake Holiday Park in Devon is kept to the highest standard.

You’ll report to the Maintenance Manager and be responsible for ensuring the 200 holiday lodges maintain their luxury five star garding. This will involve partaking in and organising in a wide range of activities, this will include fencing and repairs, painting and decorating, carpentry, basic plumbing, liaising with contractors. Basic computer skills are required, training on our internal systems will be given.  

You might not have all the skills yet, but good solid basic DIY skills are required along with previous experience in a supervisory capacity. We’ll then help with further training.  It would be advantageous if you had further specialist skills.

Required Experience

• Hold a valid full UK driving licence

• Enjoy working outdoors

• Have varied skills to maintain standards: maintenance  / grounds / decorating

• Be able to work on your own initiative and lead a team

• Good working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and working in a safe manner

• Have excellent customer service and people skills

• Basic computer skills

Salary & Benefits

£19,000 per annum

Full time hours 45 hours per week 5 days over 7.
