Our Client is looking for an Account/Relationship Manager, to help to capitalise on current business opportunities, drive profitable growth and help support their rapidly growing account base.

Their business is a joint venture organisation formed in partnership with an NHS Foundation Trust, which is centred around the delivery of Telemedcine Services via Video Consultation.  This post will work across The Business and the NHS Foundation Trust to enable collaboration of both organisations to effectively deliver the vision and strategy. 

The post holder must ensure that company goals are met in a timely fashion by efficiently supporting the business. The post requires excellent organisational, interpersonal and relationship management skills. Knowledge of the health service industry and related finances would be advantageous but not essential.

The successful candidate should possess the core skills and personality profile to enable them to:

  • Work with internal and external clients to support new and existing initiatives and programmes of work
  • Be able to develop and maintain long term relationships both internally and externally.
  • Plan, coordinate and manage your own work schedule in coordination with your team members.
  • Manage and maintain an up to date knowledge of our existing clients, their contracts and associated activity output.
  • Keep up to date with all relevant technology changes and updates that relate to the service provided
  • Analyse and summarise reports and data.
  • Be amenable, resourceful and flexible
  • Travel – role is split between Home, Cheshire, Yorkshire and the Midlands
  • Work efficiently and flexibly when required, to manage workloads

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate must be able to:

  • Support business development, the sales team, and technical & clinical partners in helping to secure new and retain existing contracts
  • Attend events at a variety of settings, in support of business development, and promote integration of services with other health care providers.
  • Support the process of implementation of new contracts.
  • Support the performance and delivery of agreed KPIs across the company
  • Be available and self-motivated to undertake 3 or 4 days per working week of site visits and customer meetings, often travelling across geographical areas.
  • Have the ability and confidence to hold daily meetings at customer sites and the intuition and commercial awareness to interpret the meanings and outcomes of each meeting
  • Work sensitively and appropriately within the specialised customer environment, bearing in mind the implications of our service for everyone involved at the end-user site
  • Have the ability to work independently and professionally whilst out in the field, to maintain the company image
  • Provide support to the team at all levels in maximising usage and call volumes.
  • Support and work with the senior team in identifying new opportunities which arise from changes in the internal or external environment
  • Support and evidence working activities with reports, customer communications and regular service updates in team meetings
  • Develop good working relationships and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Have the ability to work independently and professionally whilst out in the field.

Package

Basic Salary £20k-£25k depending on experience

Fully Financed Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, Laptop & Mobile Phone, Stakeholder Pension Scheme, Life Insurance, 25 Days Holiday (Excluding Bank Holidays) Rising 1 Day per Year after two years’ service to a maximum of 29 Days
