To be considered you must be an energetic EYFS trained Teaching Assistant and experience working with Primary aged children. You will have the drive to communicate efficiently with consistent comprehensibility and ensure you are always supportive and nurturing to your pupils. Your portfolio will include a progressive approach to education which enhances the learning experience of your pupils. You will arrive with a positive attitude towards learning that will keep you pupils motivated even when tackling complex topics.

Your role will include the development of old lessons plans and coming up with a fresh and interesting activities that the children will really benefit from.
