Are you a Regulatory Change focussed Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career? A leading London based Brokerage are looking for a talented PM to lead the charge on their new MiFID initiatives.

This is a permanent role offering GBP60,000 - GBP80,000.

You will be joining a team which consists of Business Analysts, Project Managers and PMO analysts, whose primary function is the delivery of business-wide projects but who also own the project management framework and the project methodologies.

You will be in charge of delivering business change projects, strategic initiatives and regulatory change (including MiFID, EMIR, Dodd Frank). This will require significant liaison with a multitude of key stakeholders in IT, Operations, Compliance, Legal and HR.

The project scope for these new Regulatory projects are so far reaching in their coverage that a range of asset classes will be covered, in particular with Rates, Equity Derivatives, Money Markets, Commodities and Bonds.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Capture and agreeing requirements, estimating resource effort and documenting benefits
• Producing plans, project proposals and budgets
• Providing appropriate project status reports
• Work with business stakeholders to deliver change

Our client is looking for someone with the following skill set:

• Strong track record of delivering business change
• Proven experience as a Project Manager
• Experience with regulatory driven projects, ideally with knowledge of EMIR, Dodd Frank, MiFID and Regulatory Reporting
• Good cross-asset class knowledge
• Knowledge of Front, Middle and Back Office trading applications
• Financial services background
• Strong stakeholder management ability
