Leading and multinational Financial Services Company are seeking a number of experienced Business Development professionals to lead and join the expanding team in the City. The UK Business Development function provides marketing and business development support for the Company's UK lending operation. Within this role, you will drive the continued growth of their partnership efforts, help define long-term strategic goals in the UK, help identify new business opportunities, and maintain knowledge of current marketing conditions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Support the Head of UK Product & Business Development with UK business development activities, as well as other management projects
- Help manage day-to-day operations of partnership efforts in the UK including relationship management, reporting and technical integrations
- Build relationships with key partners and identify opportunities to drive loan volume growth across a variety of verticals
- Read industry, legal, and business publications to remain aware of trends that may impact the practice and to identify promotional opportunities
- Work with supporting analyst to create regular internal and external reports on partner and channel performance
- Ensure partner and campaign compliance in partnership with internal compliance team
- Monitor competitive environment in the UK
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of sales and marketing experience
- 1+ years of management experience
- Ability to solve challenging problems while meeting tight deadlines
- Proven analytical ability, leadership, and business impacting results required
- Project and team management experience
- Self-Starter and ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as with a team
