My Leeds based client are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRMDeveloper to design, develop, and implement Microsoft DynamicsCRM solutions to business and user requirements.

You will be expected to design, specify and commission integration technologies, which will enable Microsoft Dynamics solutions to work in conjunction with business facing digital product solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Translate specifications (functional requirements, user requirement catalogues and system/process designs) into an over-archingMicrosoft Dynamics CRM system design, taking into consideration best practice and local standards, breaking down specifications into simplest elements and translate business/user requirements into configurations and programming code.

-Be the leading expert in Microsoft Dynamics developments, providing technical insights and services to deliver solutions across the organisation that will advance the capability to the business.

-Engage with business areas, business analysts, technical leads, developers (. Net and SQL Server Database) network operations staff and project managers to understand the full deliverables and thereafter assist in the design, development and implementation (including the documentation of enhancements, replacements and developments)

Specific Experience:

Required

1. Significant experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and it use within an enterprise environment.
2. Significant experience of software/web development using Microsoft software development stack .
3. Experience of the Microsoft .NET Framework and other Microsoft development technologies to build interactive web applications.
4. Significant experience of interactive interface design in a customer focused environment, providing high level customer service to colleagues and stakeholders.
5. Significant experience of integrating a variety of systems, platforms, and technologies, problem solving and debugging databases and software.
6. Experience of building customer focused, high quality, secure and reliable data driven web applications that meet user requirements.
7. Experience of specifying, designing, and developing customer focused, highly useable solutions.
8. Experience of working with of Agile and Rapid Application Development methodologies/using an Agile approach
9. Experience of implementing and transitioning new applications and systems from design and development to commission, early life support and go-live
10. Experience of working within the technical life cycle from the business requirements specification, technical architecture review and design; through to vendor/solution/design selection, procurement/development and change management

Abilities/Skills/Knowledge:

Required

1. Knowledge of Agile and Rapid Application Development methodologies.
2. Knowledge of Information Security as it relates to web and software development.
3. Knowledge of methods and techniques used in project management such as planning, organising, resourcing, coordinating, monitoring and delegating.
4. Ability to work under timeline pressures with a high degree of accuracy, working flexibly to respond to changing tasks and priorities.
5. Excellent communication skills; both written and orally with the ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience and to an audience who will differ in terms of seniority, understanding, background, experience etc
