Application Support Analyst required. The successful Application Support Analyst will come from a strong proven technical support background, with a good knowledge of Windows operating systems and web services, and an understanding of XML, WSDL and SOAP.

The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for the provision of 1st and 2nd line technical support to clients for in-house developed solutions. Responsibilities will include the investigation, problem diagnosis and resolution of technical issues relating to the operation of software solutions within defined SLAs.

KEY SKILLS

• Strong Technical Support experience
• Strong understanding of Windows Operating Systems
• Good knowledge of Web Services, XML, WSDL and SOAP
• Excellent communication skills
• Efficient problem solving skills
