Telephone appointment co-ordinater

  Flawless studios is a make-over and photography studio and  have over ten years of continuous growth with Three city- centre  locations based in the North.Our busy studio is looking for a confident and experienced telephone appointment co-ordinater  to join our winning team based in our new city centre location in LEEDS.

Due to its success we require  additional team members to work 16 hours per week  over three days including one weekend day.This glamourous role is to book appointments for pre-paid customers over the telephone onto our diary system for three different studios who have already paid for their makeover and photo-shoot experience.   - NO cold calling 

We are looking for an experienced co-ordinater with excellent customer service and telephone skills -who are able to think on their feet with a good sense of humour and demonstrate professional conduct at all times .

Your duties include

Outbound calling pre-paid customers and providing a consistently high level of service which includes booking  appointments on the CRM (diary) system in an efficient  manner.

Ensuring all allocated booked appointments are met  within the six week time frame

All customer information is recorded on the system and inputted correctly

Contacting customers a couple days before their appointment to run through their day, giving directions, and helpful information for customers to prepare for their photo-shoot.

You must be able to 

Be Computer Literate so you are able to input data accurately 

Demonstrate a professional telephone manner 

Able to problem solve customer issues with regards to booking their appointment

This is a hands on role , you will need to be adaptable, flexible and willing to work at all levels with an enthusiastic approach.
