Junior Software Test Engineer - Tyne and Wear

A world-leading electrical engineering company based in the North-East of UK, that manufactures motor controllers and system components are looking for a Junior Software Test Engineer from graduate - 4 years experience. You will be designing and developing automated test software to validate motor controllers for automotive and industrial electric vehicles.

Must have experience or have studied in further education in ALL of these areas below:-
- BSc (Hons) in Computer Science / Software Engineering, BEng (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent. 2.1 or higher grade
- Experience with automated test system and PC software development
- Visual C# / C++ or other PC programming languages
- UML or other structured design methodologies

Desirable experience and skills:-
- Automated test software systems for automotive products
- Experience with unit and integration testing of software
- Experience with CASE tools (Configuration management, Requirements management, unit test tools)
- Experience with CAN network based control systems
- Real time Embedded Software Engineering
