Where do you come in?

The role of a business development executive is integral to the future expansion of our client's business. You must be a highly engaging graduate who has a passion for sales and a manor where building and maintaining relationships comes natural. This role is a full 360 role and so you will be dealing with bringing in new business but also account managing four our client's largest end users. The ability to network extensively in order to get to know and directly manage all the existing clients is essential to being successful within this role. One a day-to-day basis you can be expected to be proactively generating leads; cold calling potential clients; and closing deals.

Client Meetings - If you want to be client facing, this is the role for you. From day one you will get the opportunity to attend client meetings and, running them by yourself within 5-6 months. You will be meeting Managing Directors and Sales Directors in the UK's most exciting brand companies. As this is a complete 360 degree role, once you have built those relationships then they have to be continuously maintained.

Challenging Role - Within your role you will tackle a number of different tasks including, lead generation, business development, establishing long-term client relationships; attend client meetings, negotiate terms and close business.

ISMM Accredited Training - Because our client is working with Turnstone Sales, your training will be second to none. You will take part in a 13 day sales training course designed to give you all the skills to excel as a sales person.
