What does the role entail?

You will be proactively sourcing and contacting potential clients and using your sales and networking skills to find them top calibre candidates to meet their needs. This is a heavily client facing role and you will be responsible for the entire interview process - screening candidates, selling candidates to clients, providing feedback and negotiating for the best deal. In a typical day you may go from handpicking and interviewing a potential candidate to negotiating a deal worth thousands. If you are looking for a role that will constantly provide you new challenges every day then this is the role for you.

Travel - Due to the nature of our clients' global contracts, you will have the opportunity for global travel where you will be required to visit the country that you are in charge of every few months.
