Charity Fundraiser - not your average call centre job!

Motivated, enthusiastic Charity Fundraisers are sought to join this lively call centre environment in Central Bristol to do just that.

This organisation is one of the UK's leading telephone fundraising agencies, and their Charity Fundraisers speak to over 1.2 million people a year, inspiring them to donate to good causes such as Great Ormond Street Hospital, Oxfam and Dogs Trust.

No experience is required, anyone with the right skills and altitude is welcome here and we have fundraisers from 18 to 60+!

Title: Call Centre Charity Fundraiser
Location: Bristol
Salary: Starting at £7.50 per hour for cold callers (rising to up to £16k per annum basic permanent contract after hitting targets), plus monthly bonus. Average bonus is an extra £250 per month (top fundraisers in the office earn over £30k!)
Benefits: Uncapped bonus, social events, free pool, table football, free fruit, drinks
Hours: Initially fundraisers work 5 days including Saturdays. Monday-Friday 1pm - 9pm and Saturday 10:30am-6:30pm. Other shift patterns and part time hours can be discussed on completion of Grad-bay, typically after 3 or 4 weeks

The ideal Call Centre Charity Fundraiser will possess the following:
- A strong work ethic
- A positive attitude (and resilience when people say no!)
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- A passion for charity
- The ability to work in a target driven, yet friendly environment
