Trainee Recruitment Consultant

eRecruit Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team in Bristol. Since 2008, we have become one of the largest and most successful Online Recruitment Specialists, providing an innovative recruitment solution across all sectors in the UK, Australia and UAE.

We're looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant with previous experience in a B2B sales role. You'll get full training, and support from an in-house Client Services team, freeing up your time to hit (and exceed) your targets!

TITLE: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
LOCATION: Bristol
SALARY: £16-20k basic plus commission (uncapped). OTE £30k+ year one
BENEFITS: Uncapped commission, sales competitions and prizes, social calendar, duvet days!
HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:30

The Trainee Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for the following:
- Researching and contacting senior level decision makers, selling the company's unique recruitment solutions
- Providing a consultative sales approach
- Working to sales targets
- Sourcing and registering candidates
- Arranging interviews
- Closing high-value deals

The ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant will possess:
- Previous success in a targeted B2B sales, telephone based role
- Excellent education results: 'A' levels, or equivalent / higher
- The ability and confidence to deal with senior level decision makers
- Experience of working to sales targets
- A high level of communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent punctuality
- A dedicated, focused approach to work
