Call Centre Sales / Customer Service Advisors - No Weekends

Altrincham

£14-15,000 + £300-500 per month bonus

Monday to Friday only - no weekends!

* Call centre sales / customer service making outbound and inbound calls to existing mobile phone customers.

We are looking for outgoing, confident, target driven, money motivated people with great communication skills to work in a well established call centre making outbound and taking inbound calls to customers in relation to their mobile phone contracts. You will be selling additional services to existing customers so we are looking for people with some sales or telesales experience but this doesn't have to have been gained in a call centre environment.

To succeed in this role you must genuinely want to work in a call centre, be outgoing and confident and be keen to learn and develop yourself. Some sales experience is required - but this can have been gained anywhere so call centre experience is not essential.
