We have a job opportunity for the role of a Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and driven candidate who is looking for complete ownership of the Business Development function. The successful Business Development Executive will carry out sales administration in a self-managed environment with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have the below mentioned skills:

  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Polite, confident and friendly manner
  • Computer literate
  • Microsoft office skills
  • Flexibility and quick thinking
  • Account management skills
  • Good Understanding and knowledge of sales process to enhance sales in up selling/cross selling

Preference will be given to those with:

  • At least 2 years sales experience
  • An understanding of current technologies and methodologies such as .Net, Java, data warehousing, Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
  • Experience in working in a target driven environment
  • Previous experience of sales within a managed IT environment
  • Understanding customer requirements via calls and meetings
  • Experience in bidding process including preparing proposal documents and negotiation
  • Experience in Telesales

The role will include generation of new accounts and managing of old accounts through

  • Business Intelligence gathering/research
  • Targeted Activity/Cold Calling
  • Customer Visits to introduce the company/company products as and when required
  • Developing a thorough understanding of the customers business needs
  • A proven track record in generating new business revenue
  • Great relationship building skills

Work Location: Hagley Road, Edgebaston

Hours of Work: 9:00AM - 17:00PM, includes a 30 minute break
