Technical Assurance Manager - up to GBP65k - London/Midlands

A well-known logistics organisation urgently requires a Technical Assurance Manager to join their Information Security team. Reporting in to the Senior Technical Assurance Manager you will be responsible for defining the scope and reviewing all Information Security threat & vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, wireless scanning reports and managing all necessary supplier remediation actions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design, preparation and delivery of the technical testing infrastructure & framework to mitigate business risk.
• Technical assessments
• Design & implement testing controls
• Identifying & tracking remediation progress
• Implement strategy & policy
• Liaising with internal & external stakeholders

The successful Technical Assurance Manager should be able to evidence recent and up to date experience of working within the IT Security testing landscape along with extensive knowledge of current security threat types and have a relevant qualification. Exposure to Information Security within Architecture (TOGAF/SABSA) would also be advantageous.
