MBA are recruiting on behalf of a niche and market leading organisation, an international business providing key support services to the global Financial Services industry.  

Position Summary

Manage the overall corporate payroll functions including payroll processing/review, payroll taxes, reviewing and revising policies and procedures as well as internal controls and ad hoc reporting. Maintain necessary vendor relationships and compliance. Ensure payroll tax payments are in compliance with applicable country and local tax laws

Individual requirements

Essential

  • EMEA payroll experience, including experience at a management level position.
  • ADP Streamline experience

  • EMEA region payroll knowledge/processing required

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite: (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)

  • Effective interpersonal, communication, customer service skills, leadership and team building skills

  • Prior management experience required
