There are a variety of positions available at RSG, and several different directions that your career can take within the organisation. With over 200 employees internationally, we have a large number of permanent and contract recruitment consultants, which we are always growing and developing through succession from our Academy. In addition to this, we employ Client Relationship Managers, on-site Recruitment Business Partners, Account Process Managers and Compliance Coordinators.

Please note that the initial training period will take place at our head offices in Bristol, so you will be required to spend 3-6 months in the Bristol office before being transferred to one of our regional offices in the UK or Europe.
