You:

You are an experienced recruitment consultant, having built your career to date in the Professionals Services arena, working with FS clients and delivering candidates of varying levels into a range of positions within Finance and Corporate Services.

You have worked on a 360 model, evolving your skills in business development and relationship management, building a network of contacts in your market area. You have credibility and integrity in your dealings with both clients and candidates, and a reputation for providing a sterling service in vacancy management and delivery.

You are looking to develop the skills you have already gained with the support of a market-leading, international firm that can provide you with the platform to take your career to the next level.

Sanderson, part of the RSG group, has gone from success to success since its establishment nearly 40 years ago, currently turning over in excess of GBP200 million and continuing to grow exponentially. We boast established relationships with some of the UK's leading organisations in the Professional Services industry, with an especially strong position within the Finance sector.

Our head quarters are in Bristol and we have additional offices in London, Edinburgh, Manchester, Cardiff, Munich and Amsterdam. Our Edinburgh office opened 3 years ago and we have had considerable success in the Financial Services domain, predominantly placing IT & Business Change professionals into contract positions.

We now want to expand our business in the permanent division, servicing our clients in all their resourcing needs outside of the IT & Change space, focusing largely on Finance & Corporate Services.

What we want:

With existing and well established relationships with leading FS organisations, we have roles ready to work and we need a recruitment professional who can hit the ground running to deliver into those requirements.

We are looking for someone with the professional credibility to pick up business with valued clients and build those relationships, develop networks and generate leads to win new business.

The team in Edinburgh are growing rapidly to support to increasing demand from clients, and we are looking for the next addition, someone who will engross themselves in the business, become part of the team but also demonstrate the capabilities to take control of their own desk and create a division to be proud of.
