Business Analyst - Banking - Commercial Change - Finance - Business Change
A leading Retail Bank based in London is seeking a Business Analyst to work on a complex project, which offers the opportunity to work with senior level professionals in a highly respected organisation.
The purpose of the role is for a Business Analyst to work on a Commercial Change programme to support the simplification and improvement of Client MI reporting for front line Relationship Managers. An opportunity exists to be part of an exciting, transformational and ground breaking programme, offering a unique experience within the Bank.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills within financial services (ideally retail banking):
- Strong business analyst experience within retail banking (within business change)
- Previous experience of working on large systems related change projects within Financial Services
- Process mapping skills to map both 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' Process Flows
- Knowledge and experience of MI reporting (desirable)
- Key Stakeholder Management
As well as proven experience on a large scale programme within a banking environment.
This is a business change role not a technical/IT position.
