Technical Author

Technical Author - Contract

Our technology client is looking for a contract technical author to produce a range of technical systems and services documentation, including technical user guides, release notes, implementation guides, service activation guides and support guides. The initial contract is 16 weeks, with extensions very likely.

You'll:

• Be experienced producing technical user guides for software/systems.
• Be very proficient in MS Office.
• Have editorial and reviewing skills.
• Be used to planning and prioritising your workload and working as part of a team.
• Be flexible and versatile when faced with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Have good planning and organisational skills.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have the ability to quickly assimilate information about the company, its technology, systems and services.

Any financial services, payments, MadCap Flare knowledge is useful, but by no means essential.
