This caravan dealership are currently recruiting for an experienced sales administrator to assist their busy team. They are looking for talented and driven individual with a passion for relationship building. Candidates will require a proven track record in a customer service environment and working to targets.
Principal Activities:
- Sales invoicing process including the logging of all sales extras and receipt of part exchanges
- CRIS scheme registrations of all stock and sales
- Sales order processing including setting up and maintaining prospect records
- Maintenance of internal sales spreadsheets
- RAC Warranty administration and invoice processing
- Completion of job cards and liaising with after sales on any amendments and additions
- Maintenance of upkeep of the in house 'T-Card' system
- Order of new sales vans with manufacturers
- Liaising with manufacturers on delivery times and transport arrangements
- Customer liaison for all aspects of the sales process
Key Attributes:
- Previous experience within a similar administrative support role
- Strong Organisational Skills
- Numeracy & IT Literate
- MS office and ability to pick up bespoke systems
- Customer service focused
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident & outgoing personality
- Has a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Being proactive and flexible
