Contract Manager for Multi-Site Property Management - Max GBP50k - Luton, Bedfordshire
Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP50,000 plus benefits
THE COMPANY AND SITUATION:
A major force in UK property management now requires a Contract Manager with previous experience in contract management for multi-site property management, with a track record of delivering bottom-line results and service improvement.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The essential experience required for this role is as follows:

MCIPS or strong Procurement and Supply experience

HND/HNC or Degree or Equivalent
-
IOSH accreditation or a strong track record in Health and Safety

A minimum of four years' experience in a contract management role for multi-site property management, with a track record of delivering bottom-line results and service improvement.

Basic understanding of building construction techniques and the applicable contractors

Supplier Development: Supplier selection according to understanding business needs
-
Experience of establishing and then reporting Management Information on supplier performance ( Reporting dashboard delivery )

Knowledge of FM legislation, government policy and best practice (eg. business process, reactive maintenance, standard of works, HSE, risk management, legionella, asbestos)

Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation

Excellent Excel skills (Specifically, the ability to mine information from large data sets)
THE ROLE:
In this role you will have full responsibility for the management of the contractual relationship between your employer, its maintenance contractors and internal stakeholders. You'll be supporting property managers to deliver an excellent maintenance service, whilst monitoring contractors to ensure they are delivering quality of work and value for money against the contractually agreed service levels and KPIs.
