Investment Manager - Financial Services Fund - Birmingham

Robert Walters is currently engaged with a Midlands based Financial Services client to recruit an Investment Manager at Associate Director level for the clients backed socio economic fund focussed on providing equity capital to residential projects.

The Investment Manager will support the Director in building a profile of key markets including the origination and execution of new investments. You will support origination activity, take an active role in completing initial desktop reviews and complete financial modelling and take a pivitol role in the Investment life cycle until the deal is done and relationships moving forward.

The Investment Manager will have a strong origination background, equity investment management experience and ideally have some experience within Housing or residential development finance.

This is an exciting new opportunity in The Midlands region.
