There are various roles within the department which will include some of the following duties:-

  • Request and collate all relevant information internally as required by the Case Workers, in a timely fashion.

  • Acknowledge customer complaints in writing and in line with internal SLA’s.

  • Process customer redress payments to the bank’s customers in an accurate and timely fashion.

  • Accurately calculate the amount of redress due to customers for upheld complaints and return a figure to the Case Workers in line with internal SLA’s to avoid breaches.

  • Consider the customers allegations and all available evidence against the decision making guidance, using this information to uphold or reject the complaint. To create customer correspondence conveying the decision and explaining the reasons behind that decision

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal departments to aid efficient complaint resolution.

    The successful candidate will possess: -

  • Experience of dealing with customers, either in an administrative capacity or over the telephone, coupled with a strong background in managing sensitive and important data

  • Well organised with good attention to detail

  • A love of teamwork and great communication skills

  • Good numerical, spelling and grammar ability

  • A passion for exceptional service believing that nothing is too much trouble when it comes to meeting customer and business needs.

    The roles will be starting on Monday 17th August – there will be 4 weeks full time training – Monday to Friday 9am -4.45pm after which your hours will be MONDAY to FRIDAY 3pm – 9pm
