PART-TIME RECEPTIONISTS (21.5 hours)
MATERNITY LEAVE COVER
HOURLY RATE – STARTING £6.50
Would you like to be part of a friendly veterinary practice in Carlisle, operating since 2013? One of our team members is going on maternity leave and we are seeking an experienced receptionist to join our established and successful team. Our bright, spacious, air-conditioned surgery in Carlisle is purpose built to leading industry standards and has state of the art equipment including digital X-ray and in-house laboratory facilities.
The roles require the candidates to provide administrative and sales support to the practice, to have substantial customer facing reception experience, a superb professional yet approachable and friendly telephone manner and be comfortable and competent with computing, in particular MS Office. Experience in appointment booking systems is preferred but not essential.
The ideal candidate will put pets and their owners first; carry out daily reception tasks to a high standard as well as take on extra duties to satisfy the needs of a growing practice; work dynamically and comfortably in our expanding team – we are looking for real team players; want to improve and be challenged every day; take exceptional pride in their work and have fun! We are looking for colleagues that will provide exceptional customer service, come ready to take on new challenges and bring fresh ideas to the table so that we can continue improving our customer service and growing our business.
The core hours consist of 21.5 hours per week, covering Monday and Tuesday 8.30am to 7pm and 9am – 12 noon every other Saturday.
