As a student services operator your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• To support identified students
• Regular contact with the families of the students with whom the post-holder works.
• Complete in-class support agreements with the class teacher.
• To monitor and evaluate students' responses to learning activities through observation and planned recording of achievement against pre-determined learning objectives.
• Liaising with potential students ensuring they have the information needed to make an informed choice about the course they will be studying

• Liaising with the potential students to ensure all relevant documentation is returned to the college, on time and inputted accurately to the database

The right student services operator will have:

• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage priorities
• The ability to work with complete discretion
• Competent standard of numeracy
• Fast and accurate keyboard skills
