We are looking for an experienced, highly talented Senior Digital Designer to help produce the very best customer focused applications and websites. A core member of the design team, you will be working in a product squad within an agile environment creating solutions that jointly meet customer and business requirements, are 'on brand' and delivered to specification.

Reporting to the Lead Designer, while working closely with stakeholders and other designers, you can expect to cover all disciplines of design including but not exclusive to User Experience Design, Graphic Design, User Interface Design and Development, allowing you to cover a broad remit across a number of projects.

About you
Complimenting an existing team of multi-disciplined designers, you will be a highly talented designer with proven commercial experience, looking for the opportunity to deliver great work for a variety of projects and challenges. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, results driven organisation, you have a passion for all things digital including future trends with an aptitude for sharing and learning new skills.

You are comfortable working in a collaborative agile team environment building successful relationships with product owners, marketing executives, scrum masters, software engineers, business analysts and solutions architects. You are accomplished in all the standard software packages a Senior Digital Designer needs to get the job done. You will have a varied toolbox to select from, whether it be sketching out ideas or user flows, wire-framing layouts, creating pixel perfect PSDs with excellent visuals, to prototyping, creating working concepts and writing production ready code using the latest Front End technologies.

As a Senior Digital Designer you have a solid understanding of why your designs work and how to design experiences that matter. It's that knowledge you openly share to help support and mentor other designers in the team. You know the importance of communication and are skilled in explaining and defending your work. You fight for the right solution, not just what's en vogue.

You can expect to be involved in small to large-scale projects from the earliest inception stages through design to development, release and measurement - allowing you to help shape the work ahead. Applying an iterative approach to the design process, you can help inform stakeholders how a product or feature looks, works and feels. It can be fast paced, it can be challenging, but it can also be very rewarding.
