We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Technology Services team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.
In this role, you will:
- Ensuring that all clients receive a high level of service
- Ensure that all mail received is logged and distributed correctly
- Ensure that all general filing is dealt with correctly and efficiently
- Ensure that all scanning/imaging is dealt with correctly and efficiently
- Provide Correspondence and filing support to the trust.
- Provide scanning and imaging support to the trust.
- Prioritise tasks to ensure high level customer service is provided
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Although no formal knowledge is required to complete the role, it is expected that experience of Scanning, Correspondence and filing will be gained early on to ensure that a high level of service can be provided to the trust. All systems to be used are provided with on the job systems training from more experienced members of the team.
