Stores Operative

I am currently looking for an experience Stores Operative to join my client in Northampton, Reporting to the Warehouse Manager the role consists of store/warehouse duties. These duties must be carried out to a high standard of accuracy and you will be required to work to tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities: You will assist with the general day to day warehouse/store duties:

- Pick the required stock from computer generated picking notes
- Prepare goods ready for distribution
- Ensure that goods are correctly handled, packed and stored to avoid damage
- Load and unload vehicles
- Receive and check inbound goods
-Coming from a Stores Operative background is desired, having had good experience using applicable software for order processing.
-Support the warehouse team with safe receipt, storage, picking and the movement of raw materials and finished products
-This store is quite small, so experience working in a smaller/store warehouse environment and team is desirable.
