In order to meet our current needs we are looking for a Facilities Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be based predominantly in Berkshire, however the position will require flexibility and the willingness to travel between different sites and locations.

The successful candidate will carry out routine repairs, installation and maintenance of fixtures, fitments and fittings in Sovereigns offices and buildings in accordance with prescribed work schedules. You will follow facilities management practices and adhere to Sovereign's established standard policies and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service.

Part of your role will involve:

• Being responsible for planned maintenance and inspections on a pre-determined schedule.
• When not acting as the primary operative, you will supervise and co-ordinate the work of specialist contractors.
• Manage furniture, Paper and consumables stock levels efficiently
• Assisting in security arrangements by testing fire alarms, changing locks, door codes and monitoring car park access.
• Assisting with office moves, ensuring serviceability of furniture and seating.
