This role will suit a conscientious individual who takes pride in creating a clean environment and has no problems ensuring health and safety regulations are met whilst providing a first class customer service to all residents.
The ideal candidate will be looking for a full time role, who has a background in cleaning and prides themselves on their work maintaining a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
The main purpose of this role will be maintaining a 5 star level of cleanliness and customer service on one of this companies residential estates. Duties include ensuring areas are cleaned to the highest standard at all times, maintaining Health and Safety standards and being a polite, helpful face of the company.
Responsibilities
In all areas a high level of cleanliness must be adhered to, the successful candidate's duties would include but are not limited to:
- Cleaning communal areas such as corridors, reception areas, and pathways.
- Ensuring mirrors, windows and surface tops are clean and disinfected.
- Maintaining a presentable image of the property, including sweeping pathways leading to, litter picking and hoovering.
- Dusting fixtures, fittings, skirting, radiators, fire extinguishers etc.
- Mopping bathroom/ hardwood floors.
- Cleaning leisure suites, toilets and changing rooms.
Skills Required:
- Previous cleaning experience is beneficial for this role
- Pro-active
- Right to work within the UK
- High levels of cleanliness
- Reliable
