Based in Rugby they have a team of 120 in house staff across Web, Social PPC and Organic Search.

They are open to candidates with a range of experience from University Graduates who have a passion for web design and have been regularly practicing their skills to someone with 1-4 years experience.

The Role:
The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects, creating a bespoke design before developing each website to company standards. A normal month in the life of a Web Designer at this company is likely to include the following;

- Logo Design (Illustrator)
- Homepage Design (Photoshop)
- Theme development (Dreamweaver)
- WordPress Development
- Magento Development

Training for the above platforms and best-practice for design and development are all provided on site, and there are numerous opportunities for developing your own personal skill set as a designer

What You'll Know

The ideal candidate will be able to show a flair for design as well as the ability to use industry-standard software.

They are primarily looking for the following;

- Adobe Creative Suite experience
- Good working HTML/CSS/JQuery knowledge
- PHP knowledge
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a team in a professional office environment
- Live and breathe the Web industry
- Share and contribute ideas and keep abreast of new developments in this ever-changing industry
