As Customer Support Specialist, you will be the person customers will come to first for help and information. You will have to find out what their needs are and assist them as best you can.
Dealing with customers over the phone & by email daily will be the main part of your role. You will answer their questions, book their jobs into our booking system and point them in the right direction for all their needs.
You will update/maintain databases, spreadsheets & our in house booking system with accurate details of the work you have completed.
You will ensure that the SLA (Service Level Agreements) do not fall under the required level.
You will liaise with our Customers with the necessary reports that they require on a day, week or monthly basis.
You will help with any ‘administration/adhoc’ tasks that are set for you.
You will report directly to the Customer Support Manager
