Project Construction Manager Full Time
Reporting to the Estate Bursar, you will manage the delivery and completion of a variety of construction projects and programmes of new and refurbishment projects across the estate. You will ensure that projects are completed effectively, safely, on time and within budget. Your role will also encompass responsibility for overseeing the quality and safety of work on a construction site, and making sure that building plans and specifications are followed correctly.
You must have proven experience in a site management role from a building or joinery background, or to have qualified as a building surveyor or in construction and/or project management.
