As a Workshop Plant Mechanic your responsibilities include:

• Routine maintenance of equipment and Inspections
• Fault diagnosis of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues and repair of faults.
• Work related to site specification of equipment.
• General workshop duties.

The right Workshop Plant Mechanic will have:

• A heavy vehicle, diesel or plant mechanic trade qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• A high level of self-motivation and ability to work without direct supervision;
• Ability to investigate and problem solve a wide range of issues especially in hydraulics
• Excellent computer skills both with standard PC programs and equipment diagnostic programs
