Person Specification
To be considered for this role you must be a Science graduate who has a good understanding of how to work with children based on experience gained from a similar role and achieved a 2:1 or above in your degree. About the Role
In your role as a Teaching Assistant, you will be working solely within the school’s Science department helping support pupils on the C-D borderlines, mid-range and the talented & gifted. You will be required to embrace the school’s ethos, learn from the staff around you, and utilise your own initiative to provide excellent classroom support and aid in the development of those pupils you support.
