Job Title: Support Workers
Location: Brighton, BN1 8NP
Salary: £14,000-£19,800

We are recruiting for a well-established company who specialises in supporting adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and autism in both Residential Care and Supported Living Services.

Due to expansion we currently have vacancies for Support Workers at their services in the following locations;

• Brighton & Surrounding Areas
• Pulborough
• Nuthurst near Horsham
• Worthing
• Littlehampton 

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join these teams. 

These service support individuals with a learning disability, challenging behaviour and other complex needs.  The services are staffed 24 hours a day by a team working on a shift basis.  

We have vacancies for the following positions
- Full or Part-time Day Shifts to include some sleep-in duties
- Bank Support Workers

The role involves supporting individuals to meet their needs in areas such as:
• Personal Care
• Emotional & Psychological Support
• Communication
• Daily Living Skills and developing independence
• Educational, Occupational and Leisure Activities
• Active Support
• Health and Fitness
• Employment and Housing Options

A full and varied training programme is provided - experience preferred but not essential for support worker roles. 

Competitive salary offered and full training available – range from £14,000 - £19,800 basic (FTE)
Training offered includes opportunities for individuals to undertake Health & Social Care Diplomas
