Senior Database Architect (Fintech, MySQL, MariaDB, SQL)

Senior Database Architect (Fintech, MySQL, MariaDB, SQL) to join a rapidly growing fintech company. As Senior Database Architect you will design, build and maintain large financial services databases, creating efficient data structure and queries. The Senior Database Architect role is for you if you have great relational database design skills, normalisation and de-normalisation skills, a strong understanding of the financial services market, and have worked directly with data scientists.

Required skills:
*Background in financial data and understanding of financial market data structure
*Excellent SQL query, reporting and optimisation skills
*Database security and integrity
*Normalisation and de-normalisation skills
*Relational database design (MySQL, MariaDB)
*Third party data integration (Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg, Factset)
*Database replication configuration
*Strong business analysis skills
*Excellent communication skills
