Telesales Executive (Telemarketer / Appointment Setter / Lead Generator) required on a Part-Time basis for an expanding IT Company based in Apsley, Hertfordshire.

SALARY: £8.00 per hour + Uncapped Commission (£200 OTE per month in commission on top of your basic salary)

PART-TIME: 09:30 to 13:30 Tuesday to Thursday

We have a fantastic new part-time job opportunity for a Telesales Executive (Telemarketer / Appointment Setter / Lead Generator) that has a great telephone manner and enjoys selling over the telephone.

Working as the Telesales Executive (Telemarketer / Appointment Setter / Lead Generator) you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities with new and existing customers.

As the Telesales Executive (Telemarketer / Appointment Setter / Lead Generator) you should have previous experience selling within a B2B (Business to Business), telephone based environment.

Successful candidates will have a great chance to work with this growing IT / Technology based Company that will provide you with the product training you need to be successful in this role.

DUTIES

  • Generate new business through cold calling and lead generation activities
  • Maintain a call rate of 20+ calls per hour
  • Participate in training sessions and gain an understanding of USP’s from a range of products and services
  • Identify and develop relationships with senior decision makers
  • Identify and qualify opportunities for quotes and appointments
  • Arrange meetings
  • Follow-up on quotes /meetings and record feedback on CRM

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Previous experience working in a similar role within a B2B environment
  • The ability to communicate effectively with clients of varying levels of seniority
  • Experience of using CRM and email systems
  • A good command of written and spoken English
  • A quick learner
  • IT experience preferable
