DMSG, Digital Managed Services Group, is an innovative agile digital solution provider operating at all stages of the project life cycle from strategy and architectural design, through transformation and testing to delivery and optimization.

We are currently looking for a number of Infrastructure Engineering Managers to our already highly successful team, adding to our service offering and expand our penetration into the South Wales, West Country marketplace.

We are looking for candidates with proven experience in:-

• Delivering and managing skilled IT resources in a complex multi teamed IT Operations
• Taking responsibility for the delivery skilled resource to meet IT Development and operational requirements/planned pipeline (following business policies and procedures)
• Defining and developing technical skill sets for IT application and infrastructure roles
• Developing and delivering costs models to support recharging to services including influencing senior stakeholders to deliver an appropriate and cost effective solution
• Taking responsibility to create, operate and maintain estimating models
• Taking responsibility for the Design, development, and communication of technical standards, repositories and processes to maintain
• Being primary point of communication with Service Management, business and functional units
• Managing of Local administration, streamlining operations functions as appropriate in accordance with standards, policies and procedures
• Coordinating and directing activities in cross-organisational and cross-functional teams.

You will have experience within large scale transformation and transition projects and commercial management experience. You should have managed and directed a blended 3rd party teams to deliver existing or new infrastructure components and have experience in ITIL service management and Agile delivery standards.
