They are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to be responsible for Content, SEO and Social, who is an exceptional earned media and content strategist with proven leadership experience and SEO expertise to drive forward their group-wide content marketing initiatives. The organisation is significantly investing in their digital channel and this will be one of the most pivotal and visible roles in the company.

Detailed Job Description:

Digital Marketing Manager for the owned channels, Content, SEO and Social will take ownership for developing and maintaining a comprehensive earned media strategy that will be applied to increase performance and reputation across all group-wide brands and products.

You will:

  • Deliver and define natural search (SEO) targets and rankings and strategy
  • Lead the development of social media and content marketing standards, policies and rules of engagement
  • Define key performance indicators and implement measurement, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge success
  • Work to explore and identify creative ways to integrate social media into business strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Apply marketing research and development methods to learn and understand emerging trends and technologies and to communicate this knowledge clearly and concisely to stakeholders and senior management
  • Work closely with and network with external media agencies and partners to monitor and implement best industry practice
  • Lead a team of digital marketing professionals

Skills & Experience Requirements:

To be successful, the Digital Marketing Manager should have:

  • A strong track record and expertise in the areas of social media, SEO and content marketing
  • Worked in a sophisticated, high performance organisation, demonstrating best practice in these areas - either client-side or within an agency/consultancy
  • Excellent strategic and influencing skills across senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities and strong, collaborative interpersonal skills
  • Be highly driven, commercial and analytical with a focus on high performance, continuous improvement and delivering outstanding customer experience
