We currently require an experienced office administrator to join our commercial private rent team on a 9 month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for providing a high level of support services to the department, with particular emphasis on assisting the Private Rent Operations Manager. You will maintain accurate and up to date electronic & paper general files as well as liaising with customers & lettings negotiators to co-ordinate viewings, tenancy sign ups, pre void inspections & assisting in any other queries and when they arise. A good understanding of housing management is a must.

We're looking for candidates who are experienced of working within a busy office environment to assist the team in providing an efficient and dynamic first point of contact services with exceptional customer service.

Candidates should be highly organised and have excellent IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (including Word and Excel), proficient typing skills, an exceptional customer service focus, a flexible approach and strong team working skills in order to make a positive contribution to the success of the department.
