Service Architect

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Architect to join our team. The main responsibilities of the Service Architect will be to help win new business and develop and map new services. This is a national role and so travel is required to meet business needs.

ABOUT YOU
Operating at mid/senior levels you are likely to enjoy working tactically or strategically and will be able to demonstrate your ability to operate with real commercial acumen.

In addition to a solid academic background we are interested in candidates with significant skills demonstrating:

*Experience with large systems integrators, outsources or consulting companies in the domain of Infrastructure Services, and Business Process Outsourcing.
*Demonstrated track record of structuring and winning deals/bids from GBP1m to GBP100m upwards.
*Experience working within or leading the architecture/crafting of large complex outsourcing/managed services deals
*Expertise in crafting service solutions that integrate with client service structure.
*Proactively bring thought leadership and business outlook to effectively address client issues.
*Experience in Service Proposition, and participate in the design and implementation of that proposition.
*Use persuasiveness and influencing skills with internal teams to achieve pursuit objectives.
*Use diplomacy across multiple internal business units to sell the overall pursuit objectives and ensure cooperation from the global team.
*Expertise is crafting Service Integration and Management solutions.
*Ability to use the company's solutions/capabilities to solve specific customer issues.
*Experience developing solution strategies, governance models, SLA framework
*Ability to have conversations with senior staff and engage the client at various levels in the organisation.
*Experience working in a global delivery model
*Strong client presence and professional image.
*Ability to present value-based proposals to clients
*Apply major elements of financial management to create the deal structure.
*Advanced negotiation and financial modelling skills
*Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal and leadership skills
*MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL NATIONALLY AS REQUIRED
*Broad business and technology skills coupled with people management and client interfacing skills.
*Ideally ITIL V3 expert or demonstrable knowledge of. ITIL V3 experience qualified to foundation level as a minimum
