A long established (18 years) central Birmingham based software business is seeking to fill the role of Software Engineer within our fast growing team.

MVC
SQL Server

Varied and interesting work around niche areas of e-trading/E-commerce, developing sophisticated web based software solutions.

The company has a number of blue chip heavyweight customers within their sector. This business is growing quickly, building on the foundations established over the last 18 years, this means that the career prospects for the successful candidate are extensive. With progression to senior software engineer and team leader both possible in a relatively short time frame. The company has a permanent relaxed dress code, with the only exception being when attending customer meetings.

C#.Net Software Engineer Responsibilities:

> Development of specifications and implementation plans.
> Responsibility for the timely delivery of projects.
> Writing of program code sometimes based on a functional specifications, sometimes through an agile approach, code debugging, testing and code maintenance.
> Communicate with the development team and occasionally customers
> Work with internal designers to integrate creative front ends with program code
> Meet project deadlines/deliverables
> Active participation and contribution in code and design reviews

The candidate should have good commercial experience using C#.Net and ideally experience of MVC and some knowledge of SQL server is preferred.

The successful C#.Net Software Engineer will receive a salary range between GBP32-37k depending on experience plus company pension scheme.
