SALARY: £14,000 Starting Basic Salary, £28,000 OTE     

BASIC SALARY INCREASE: Your basic salary will increase once you bring on 7 new paying business customers within one month

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Trainee Stockbroker / Commodity Trader / Junior New Business Development Sales Executive that is looking to enter the lucrative and rewarding financial markets.

Working as the Trainee Stockbroker / Commodity Trader / Junior New Business Development Sales Executive you will join a driven, highly motivated and rapidly expanding Asset Management Team.

As the Trainee Stockbroker / Commodity Trader / Junior New Business Development Sales Executive you will generate new business opportunities by contacting high-net worth individuals over the telephone.

To be successful in this job you must be prepared for some hard work, lots of telephone calls and working long hours. However, if successful the rewards can be fantastic and life changing.

When you join the Company you will start out as a Trainee Stockbroker / Commodity Trader / Junior New Business Development Sales Executive. However, you will have the opportunity to progress up the career ladder as quickly as your ambition takes you. Your next goal once you’ve started at the Company should be to work your way up to:

• Business Development Manager, which has the earning potential of £75,000 OTE.

After this, your next goal should be to aim for the

• Senior Business Development Manager with an earning potential of over £100,000 OTE.

DUTIES

• Sell to high-net worth individuals over the telephone

• Generate 7 new paying business clients per month (once achieved your basic will increase)

• Assist your Senior Manager in closing deals

• Willingness to learn about the financial markets, so you have the tools needed to progress within the Company

• During the first 3 month period you will be expected to learn and develop your skills so that you progress to the next level of opener / closer

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• You must have an interest in the financial markets, as well as the technology and commodity sectors

• You are expected to be well organised always displaying a positive can do attitude

• Excellent telephone manner with great communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients, as you will be expected to make over 300 telephone calls per day

• Must be comfortable speaking to High Net-Worth Individuals

• Must be target driven with the hunger to succeed

• While competitive, as a team you are all expected to uplift and support each other in achieving goals

• The Company want you to reach your goals and achieve fantastic levels of income, and will support you every step of the way. However, you must show a willingness to learn, have a hunger for money and operate in a manner which is smart and sophisticated

• Must be confident with a willingness to work as part of a team, thinking outside of the box

• The Company regularly goes on team building weekends, group incentives and also offers personal incentives, which may involve overseas travel. Candidates should possess a current passport
